CED’s Petro to Speak at Election Reform Event in NYC
Recent American elections have been marked by a disturbing trend: an increasing number of citizens choosing not to participate at the ballot box.
On July 22, CED will partner with the New York City Campaign Finance Board and the Brennan Center for Justice for a day-long forum to explore policies that encourage greater involvement in our democratic system.
CED's Executive Vice President, Mike Petro, will join experts and elected officials to discuss the current environment and how public financing solutions and reforms can help turn the tide. Watch Mike Petro speak here.
The event will take place at the New York University School of Law. More information can be found here.
