The report was commissioned by CED and prepared by researcher Laurian Unnevehr, Professor Emerita, Agricultural and Consumer Economics, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

The breakfast will feature remarks from food industry leaders, economists and public officials, and will be followed by a panel of experts explaining the key aspects of the economic effects of the food industry on the broader economy.
