Radhika has a MSc graduate degree in economics from The University of Warwick, UK and a MA degree in economics from Hunter College CUNY (in New York).

She has previously worked as a research associate at The Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC) in Bangalore, India. She was a summer fellow at The Conference Board's New York office (June 2018-Aug 2018) and helped with the Labor Market Institutions Handbook. Radhika is from Bangalore, India and grew up there. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Economics, Mathematics and Statistics.
